My legislation‚ Assembly Bill 732‚ was signed into law. This new law will provide County Agricultural Commissioners with the Authority to better regulate abandoned farms that harbor pests and diseases‚ which are a nuisance to neighboring farms‚ and will take effect on January 1‚ 2026.
