This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact subsequent legislation that would require, by January 1, 2025, the state board to update the state board’s online search tool for funding applications to include a description of the additional information the state board needs from the water system to continue processing its application and the date the state board expects to complete its reviews and award funding, among other information, as specified.
